  • Dr. Antonette Hazell, Clinical Neuropsychologist (Supervised Practice)

    Dr. Antonette Hazell is licensed for supervised practice with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, specializing in clinical psychology and neuropsychology with adults and seniors. She completed her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology from the CPA-accredited program at the University of Windsor.

    Dr. Hazell has gained clinical experience with distinguished clinicians across various settings, including Sunnybrook Hospital (neurodegenerative disorders, stroke), Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (severe adult psychiatry), Baycrest Hospital (mild cognitive impairment, acquired brain injury), the University of Windsor (neurodevelopmental disorders, psychological disorders), and various private practices (acquired brain injury, neurodevelopmental disorders, psychological disorders). She has experience providing psychological treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as psychological and neuropsychological assessments with various populations. Dr. Hazell completed her pre-doctoral residency at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy providing comprehensive psychological assessments, individual intervention using an integrative therapeutic approach (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), and group Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

    Dr. Hazell has been an associate with Storrie, Velikonja and Associates since 2022, providing Psychological and Neuropsychological services for adult and senior clients. She employs an integrative treatment approach that includes aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Dr. Hazell is particularly interested in working with acquired brain injury and neurodegenerative disorders. She is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.
