Ms. Rakowski completed an Honours Degree in Sociology at the University of Western Ontario. She furthered her education in both the areas of behavioural therapy and acquired brain injury. Over the past twenty years, Ms. Rakowski has worked primarily with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities as well as acquired brain injuries. Previously, she has worked at several organizations, including Thames Valley Children’s Centre, Brainworks Inc. and the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) providing direct therapeutic intervention and/or case management services.
